On September 12, 2009, Americans descended on Washington, DC., in one of the largest displays of citizen disgust towards government in the history of this republic. While this patriotic day of fed up Americans was happening, the usurper (Obama/Soetoro) made sure he was out of town. As usual. Obama aka Soetoro has taken a real fondness to flying around on Air Force One with his inventory of teleprompters and stable of fawning sycophants.

Let's back up one day to September 11, 2009. The flim flam man was at the Pentagon with his militant, Marxist wife and bag lady of fashion, Michelle. The annual ceremony for those murdered on 9/11. At the same time in a court room in Georgia, Obama's lackeys were playing more games in an important case. Americans keeping up on current events know there have been dozens of lawsuits challenging the citizenship eligibility of this guy in the White House who has used five different names (Barack Hussein Obama, aka Barry Soetoro, aka Barry Obama, aka Barack Dunham, aka Barry Dunham) and concealed every single record of his life except what he wants you to see.

The ignorant, biased media continues to ridicule those of us who believe the Constitution matters. Know what? I could care less. They don't pay my mortgage and I understand how the game is played. I say those who will not stand up for the truth are cowards. These useful fools who call any American vile labels for challenging the eligibility of Obama/Soetoro are either intellectually lazy and refuse to do the real research, their paychecks mean more to them than the truth, or they believe in Obama/Soetoro's Marxist agenda. This usurper must be removed from office. Not because Obama/Soetoro is a communist and is destroying this country (true), but because he never had the legal right to run for the presidency or take the oath of office on January 20, 2009.

Let's get caught up on recent events which seem to be causing 'The One' some stress. If you'll notice, the usurper doesn't seem to be walking to our helicopter with his usual jaunty stride. There is a tension there that is palpable. Stress from trying to sell his unconstitutional health care "reform" mess? I don't think so. On September 8, 2009, there was another hearing in the Barnett v Obama case in a federal court house in Santa Ana, California. I was most disturbed about what I have learned went by Gary Kreep of the United States Justice Foundation. As this can get a little confusing, I'll try to summarize here as clearly as I can.

That hearing (Barnett v Obama) was scheduled for weeks. The attorney's for the defendants, that would be the usurper and his minions, filed an eleventh hour motion on Friday, September 4, 2009. Monday the 7th was a holiday. The hearing was Tuesday, Sept. 8, 2009. How coincidental that Obama/Soetoro decided to pump some more of his propaganda to America's school children at the same time a hearing was underway that could eventually remove his lying backside from office.

There are a number of plaintiffs, but from what I can determine, things got nasty during the hearing. Here are two posts from actual plaintiffs in the case for you to read:

Orly has filed a notice of motion to disqualify Gary Kreep as a co-counsel due to conflict of interest.

This uphill battle should not be a damn bully contest, but that's exactly what it appears to me by Kreep. Now, all that aside, Judge Carter has set October 5, 2009, as the next hearing to consider the motion by the Defendants; they want this to go away. A trial date, should this matter move forward, is set for January. Too far away because everyday the usurper remains office, the more complicated this constitutional crisis gets because of bills Obama/Soetoro is signing into law. Not to mention deploying soldiers as Commander-in-Chief. Although I've been told Judge Carter has further issued an expedited hearing, I am not certain as I write this. (Sept. 11, 2009) — "Yesterday U.S. Federal District Judge David Carter (Central District of California, Souther Division) ordered the Amended Motion for expedited Rogatory Discovery, filed by Attorney Taitz in the action Captain Pamela Barnett et al. vs. Obama et al. referred to Magistrate Judge Arthur Nakazato. This order followed Carter's denial of Taitz’ request to remove Judge Nakazato from his role overseeing admission of evidence to the case, which duty he has according to Federal Court rules of procedure. Judge Nakazato is now to review the first Kenyan Birth Certificate.

"Attorney Taitz had submitted in July a Kenyan Birth Certificate (hereafter the Lavendar Document) to be authenticated by means of a mandamus to Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, to move her to formally request the Kenyan Government to authenticate the document. This motion was denied by Judge Nakazato, whereupon Taitz filed a motion refusing to proceed before him, and a subsequent amendment to the initial Rogatory motion, on Aug. 20th.

"Attorney's for Barack Hussein Obama, led by Mr. George S. Cardona, acting U.S. Attorney, almost immediately replied to Carter's order, with an ex-parte Application (accompanied by a proposed order), requesting immediate halt to any discovery which might be granted by the Magistrate Judge."

One other comment here about the Defendant's motion to dismiss and I cover this in my letter to Judge Carter: Their entire argument is based after the barn door was left open. There was zero vetting at the state level to ensure Obama aka and so forth, was constitutionally eligible. That glaring error (or cover up) caused everything to snow ball from there into the mess underway.

Meanwhile, Orly was in Georgia (September 11, 2009) on another eligibility case, Rhodes v McDonald, et al. Orly was notified by the clerk that an expedited hearing had been granted, so she caught a red eye flight to Georgia for a hearing last Friday. [Update: Credit where it's due—my source tipped me off to this in the Politijab web forums, which have become a good site for "birther" debunking.]

One of my friends in the small community of Obama “birther”-debunkers passes on quite the discovery: a 1964 “certified copy of registration of birth” from Australia, easily available on Bomford.net, a genealogy site. There are striking similarities between this document and the one Orly Taitz is passing off as a “Kenyan birth certificate” for Barack Obama.

- The design is identical, down to the seal at the top and the classifications (”Christian name,” etc) used for identifying the baby.

- The “registrar” on the Bomford document is G.F. Lavender. On the Taitz document, it’s E.F. Lavender.

- The “district registrar” on the Bomford document is J.H. Miller. On the Taitz document, it’s M.H. Miller.

- The number of the book is identical on both documents: Book 44B, Page 5733.

What’s more likely — that two Kenyan bureaucrats shared last names with two Australian bureaucrats, and that the numbers on both certificates were identical? Or that someone used this document, available online for anyone who wanted to look, to forge the Obama “certificate?”

In my personal opinion, most if not all politicians are crooked in some form or fashion. Period dot. I will never change my mind about that. So, why are some people making it a racial issue because some American Citizens demand for the President of the United States to produce a Birth Certificate to show that he is qualified to hold that position? It’s not a racial issue at all. The Obama Administration could have settled this matter when it first reared it’s ugly head. I said this awhile back that this *birth certificate* issue was not a done deal. It was just the beginning. Even I think the Obama Admin. should produce the document to once and for all settle the matter. Am I a racist because I think he should produce the document too? If so, how? Is Alan Keyes a racist too? No way Jose!! For my son to play Little League we have to show his birth certificate. This man, Barack Obama has within his power to send our young men and women into harms way and he doesn’t want to settle an issue that has dogged his presidency from day one. Come on, get real. Everybody knows George Bush lied and many of our children have died in far off lands because of it. Bill Clinton lied to our face about a blowjob. Every president lies. You Obama Fools better wake up. To question something, especially something this important, does not make you a racist. GET THE FUCK OUTTA TOWN!

It's not because the president is black, of course.

It's because those upstanding Americans who cheered as Barack Obama's predecessor rode roughshod over the constitution in his war on terror have found a new enthusiasm for a strict adherence to the US's supreme law. Specifically they're interested in a clause requiring the president to be born a natural born citizen (although that doesn't mean to say they're not still worried about Obama also being a secret Muslim).

A long brewing conspiracy theory has it that Barack Obama entered this world as a subject of the British crown in East Africa because his father was Kenyan. A Hawaii birth certificate and birth notices in the Honolulu press went some way to dampen down the feverish speculation when it first emerged during Obama's election campaign, driven by a handful of rightwingers who helped scupper John Kerry's bid for president.

But now the issue has returned with a vengeance driven in part by a high profile CNN presenter, rightwing talk radio and a video of a woman haranguing her Republican member of congress prompting her supporters to recite the Pledge of Allegiance. Now members of congress are sponsoring a bill to require all future presidential candidates to show their birth certificates.

While nearly 400,000 concerned citizens demand President Obama present his elusive "long-form" birth certificate, more than a dozen other documents remain unreleased or otherwise blocked from the public eye.

Numerous documents which have yet to be surrendered include the following.

Obama kindergarten records

The Maui News reported that Obama attended kindergarten at Noelani Elementary School on Oahu during the school year 1966-67. It released a photo of two teachers, Katherine Nakamoto and Aimee Yatsushiro, with five students. The teachers claim one of the children is Barack Obama.

According to the Hawaii Department of Education, students must submit a birth certificate to register. Parents may bring a passport or student visa if the child is from a foreign country.

So far, no records have been released by the school. Noelani Elementary School officials have not responded to WND's request for comment.

Totally suspicious that NO doctor has stepped forward to claim the extreme privilege of bringing into the world America’s first Black President? NO hospital has made a documentary of the very room where Stanley stayed, where she delivered, the attendant who gave Obama his first bath, etc. Gibbs has refused to confirm which Hospital Obama was born in (possibly because Obama said he was born in Queens Hospital in his book but Queens is not agreeing).

“Slowly but surely, this meme is going mainstream,” says Allpundit.

“Did Lou Dobbs really GO THERE? Seriously? This is getting absurd,” says the First Read team at MSNBC.

Six months into his presidency, the charge that Barack Obama is — literally — un-American is gaining not losing steam. Yes, the Birther bump is growing.

Need some backstory? Allow The Atlantic’s Marc Ambinder to explain: “Birthers, for the uninitiated, is a term used by the media to ridicule those who believe that the president’s Hawaiian birth certificate is fake and that because he was ostensibly born in Kenya, not the United States, he was never eligible to be president in the first place.”

To the extent that one can conclusively prove such things in our postmodern age, this claim has been extremely thoroughly debunked. The birther movement may be premised on a fictional belief, but it is savvy: birthers now wear the term “birther” as badge of honor, as if they were a persecuted minority — which, come to think of it, is one mechanism for solidarity in the face of evidence to the contrary.

Whether the idea has been debunked or or not is not something that seems to impact the birther movement. In fact, as Dave Weigel points out, “the ‘birther’ movement began in response to Obama’s own efforts to debunk rumors.”

One year ago this week, the presidential campaign of then-Sen. Barack Obama launched FightTheSmears.com, a web site designed to push back against false rumors about the first African-American presidential nominee. To push back against rumors that he was not born in Hawaii, the campaign reproduced a Certificate of Live Birth from the state’s Health Department. Instead of terminating the conspiracy theories, that inspired new theories — that the certificate had been forged or that even if it hadn’t been forged it was the sort of certificate that could be given to someone born outside of the United States. But the certificate is specific about Obama’s birth in Honolulu, down to the 7:24 p.m. time.

Weigel, whose Washington Independent article provides a detailed history of the movement, says “the cottage industry of conspiracy theories about the president’s birth shows no signs of disappearing,” even despite suffering “scores of embarrassing legal defeats, and even after tussles between the attorneys who’ve turned frivolous lawsuits about the president’s citizenship into full-time jobs.”

The theories have found a home in talk radio and on conservative web sites such as Free Republic and WorldNetDaily. Conspiracy theorists are increasingly sending letters to their local papers, embarrassing members of Congress at town hall meetings, and hounding Hill staffers about challenges to the president’s citizenship.

Back at The Atlantic, Ambinder provides his list of “the most prominent birthers”:

Alan Keyes, the former presidential candidate and Obama Senate challenger; Orly Tait, a wonderfully named lawyer from California; Phil Berg, a Democrat; and Michael Reagan, son of Ronald Reagan, and a prominent radio talk show host. This is, at once, a fringe movement and something greater. It’s fringe because no important Republicans believe it, and most are offended by it. It’s greater because some fairly prominent local lawmakers are beginning to sign birther petitions.

No list of prominent anythings that begins with Alan Keyes can be considered a murderer’s row, but lately some of the first-string have been flirting with the idea.

As the First Readers noticed and as James Rainey recounted in The Los Angeles Times, last week, Lou Dobbs fielded a call from a birther — “David from Freeport, N.Y.,” — who was “musing darkly about President Obama ‘rushing all these programs through by whatever means,’ knowing he will soon be exposed as a fake, a fraud, a … Kenyan.”

“Certainly your view can’t be discounted,” Dobbs replied.

On Monday, Rush Limbaugh went further: “Barack Obama has yet to have to prove he’s a citizen. All he’d have to do is show a birth certificate.”

Last night on Larry King, Liz Cheney passed up several chances to “denounce the birthers,” writes Joan Walsh in Salon. Instead, “Cheney demurred, telling King the Birther movement exists because “People are uncomfortable with a president who is reluctant to defend the nation overseas.’ ”

Also on his show, Larry King played the viral video that is partly responsible for fueling the current boomlet. In it, a birther challenges Rep. Mike Castle, a Delaware Republican, at a town-hall meeting that took place last week.

“What’s most notable, to me, at least,” says Ambinder, “is not how scared Castle looked or how passionately the woman argued for Barack Obama’s foreign birth. It was the reaction of the audience, a good portion of which erupted into cheers and youbetchas.”

“The real story in all of this,” say MSNBC’s First Readers: “is that Republican Party has a HUGE problem with its base right now.”

That some Republicans believe a man who won last year’s presidential contest by seven percentage points is not the legitimate president is a base problem much bigger than Cindy Sheehan anti-war protestors or black helicopter conspiracy theorists who flock to some Ron Paul events. Check out how flummoxed Castle looked. How many other Republican elected officials are dealing with questioners like this woman?

First, we did a story about an Army Major who filed suit regarding his deployment to Afghanistan on the grounds that Obama was not America’s legitimate Commander-In Chief.

World Net Daily thought highly enough of this article to link to it on their front page.

Then we did an article pointing out the differences between a Birth Cerificate and a Certification Of Live Birth.

Some of the biggest names in conservative news have weighed in on this topic, such as Michelle Malkin, Sean Hannity, Rush Limbaugh and numerous others have offered their opinions.

One of the people at the forefront of this issue is Joseph Farah and his staff over at World Net Daily.

They are even running an online petition demanding Obama produce a long-form birth certificate.

Thanks to the alertness of our great friend and loyal supporter Erica, who gave us the heads-up on this. it appears that the issue of Obama being forced to produce a copy of his birth certificate may prove to be extremely difficult, if not impossible.

On January 21st, 2009, his very first day in office, Barack Obama implemented and signed into law Executive Order 13489.

For those of you who can’t take the time to read it. here is the section that applies:

“Sec.2

Notice Of Intent To Disclose Presidential Records

When the Archivist provides notice to the incumbent and former Presidents of his intent to disclose Presidential records pursuant to section 1270.46 of the NARA regulations, the Archivist, using any guidelines providied by the incumbent and former Presidents, shall identify any specific materials, the disclosure of which he believes may raise a substantial question of executive privilege.”

Now for all of you who commented on our previous articles that we were no more that right-wing nut jobs, that this thing about Obama’s birth certificate was a non-issue, and those of you who tried to shift the focus of the stories, doesn’t this strike you as just a little odd?

That the first order of business Obama took care of on day one of his Presidency was to sign off on an Executive Order that states that only the records he chooses to be made public will be released?

This is the subject that was at the absolute top of his agenda?

If this isn’t proof that Obama is hiding something, I don’t know what is.

Honolulu's Kapi'olani Medical Center refuses to confirm White House letter

The hospital in Hawaii where Barack Obama claims he was born refuses to produce any documentation – or even confirm the claim – without permission of the president himself.

The Kapi'olani Medical Center for Women and Children in Honolulu has posted on its website a letter on White House stationery dated Jan. 24 in which Obama wrote, "As a beneficiary of the excellence of Kapi'olani Medical Center – the place of my birth – I am pleased to add my voice to your chorus of supporters."

Kristy Watanabe, the public relations specialist for the hospital refused to confirm or deny the veracity of Obama's letter claiming he was born at the hospital.
